The Best Methods To Increase Your Health Points In New World: Aeternum
The best ways in which you can max out your Health Points are by Upgrading your Constitution; which is one of the base stats in the game and is the primary catalyst for increasing your HP, by equipping gear with Health specific Buffs and by Cooking and consuming Food Items which provide you with a temporary health and constitution bonus which can help you in overwhelming situations.
Understanding and Levelling Up Your Constitution Stat
Constitution is the base stat that has a direct influence and impact on your Health Points.We suggest that you invest as many points as you can to level up your Constitution if you want a tanky character that can sustain a lot of damage dealt to its HP.
There are 5 soft caps that you must surpass to unlock better Health Buffs from your Constitution Stat:
- Level 1 – Level 100: +25 HP per point
- Level 101 – Level 200: + 24 HP per point

Additionally, there are certain Perks that you unlock upon reaching a certain level in your Constitution Stat.
You can unlock another significant health buff when your Constitution Stat reaches level 100. This Perk increases your health points by another 10% based on the Total Physical Armor you have.
This way you get a +100 HP boost per 1000 Physical Armour which you can keep scaling. This Buff is truly a game breaker!

You must equip Gear that provides a boost to your base Constitution Stat. There is only one Health related gear perk which directly increases your HP.
- Health – Extracted from the Draught of Ironwood Sap: Increases Maximum Health by 9.4% at 600 Gearscore. This ability can be stacked upto 5 Times.
This is a really amazing perk as it can be stacked 5 Times which means you can equip multiple pieces of gear with this same perk in order to create the best tank build which can act like a damage sponge.
Using Food Items To Boost Your Health Points
