How To Get Transmog Tokens In New World: Aeternum
Transmog tokens are the premium currency of New World: Aeternum that can be obtained as Season Pass rewards, or by purchasing them through the in-game shop. Unlock Transmog Tokens Through Season Pass
For most players, leveling your season pass is the only reliable way of getting Transmog tokens. By default, you can gain up to 3 Transmog tokens in a season, at levels 35, 60 and 90. 5 more tokens are available, should you choose to upgrade to the premium season pass. Season pass levels are different from character levels but you can expect to gain levels in the season pass organically as you play the game.

Purchasing Transmog Tokens In The Store
Cosmetics are usually monetized in MMOs and transmog tokens are no exception to this. If you have a dire need for more transmog tokens, you can purchase them from the store with Marks of Fortune, which is the in-game currency in New World: Aeternum.

There is a 20% discount on purchasing 5 or more transmog tokens (the tokens cost 2000 instead of 2500 each), so the 5 token pack seems to be the most valuable.
How To Use Transmog Tokens In New World: Aeternum
You can modify the appearance of your gear using transmog tokens at Stylemancer NPCs in any major city nearby. You can usually spot their icon on the map near an outfitting station. Speaking with them and selecting the transmog option, shows you a list of all the items you own that are available for transmog.
Once you decide on the piece of equipment that you wish to transmog to save its appearance, you can find the gear and select it. You can then spend a transmog token to save the appearance of that item to your account forever as a skin. The skin can be applied on any weapon of the same type from the transmog menu.
