How frustrating can it be to have a good rifle but still miss the opponent? Delta Force offers many ways to customize your weapon to solve this issue, and weapon calibration is one of them. Calibrating your weapon will increase some of the weapon stats while at the same time decreasing some stats. It is very important to observe which stat you can compromise to increase the other impactful stat. In this guide, we will give the best tips on How To Calibrate Weapons in Delta Force.
Calibrating Weapons In Delta Force
Delta Force generally allows you to calibrate 5 rifle parts:
- Optic
- Stock
- Rear Grip
- Foregrip
- Barrel
To calibrate your weapon, go into your Loadout > Weapon Configuration > Select the weapon you want to calibrate and then click on ‘Calibrate’ on the top left menu bar.
Except for Optic, calibrating other gun parts will improve your weapon stats considerably, making your weapon a beast in the game.
Calibrating Optic In Delta Force
The Optic will not influence any vital stats of your weapon, so you can choose and mount any optic you feel confident in. Calibrating the optic will only change the Zoom and the Pupil Distance (distance of sight to the screen).
Calibrating Stock In Delta Force
While calibrating the Stock, you can calibrate the ‘Weight Limit‘ and ‘Placement‘.
If you want better stat in Aiming Stability While Breathing then decrease the Weight Limit, and if you want better Extra Control then increase the Weight Limit (both the stats will increase and decrease inversely to each other).
Increasing the Placement slot will increase Firing Stability and Extra Control (but reducing ADS Speed and Aiming Stability While Breathing). Decreasing the Placement slot will add positively to your ADS Speed and Extra Control (but reducing Firing Stability and Aiming Stability While Breathing).
Calibrating Rear Grip In Delta Force
For the Rear Grip, you can calibrate ‘Weight Limit‘ and ‘Thickness‘.
Decreasing the Weight Limit will improve your Aiming Stability While Breathing but reduce your Extra Control. And increasing the Weight Limit works the other way round.
Increasing the Thickness will add positively to Moving Stability and Extra Control but will impact Aiming Stability While Breathing. If you decrease it will add positively to your Hip-Fire Aim Speed and Extra Control but impacting Moving Stability and Aiming Stability While Breathing.
Calibrating Foregrip In Delta Force
Similar to the Rear Grip, you can calibrate ‘Weight Limit‘ and ‘Thickness‘.
Decreasing Weight Limit will boost ADS Speed but reduce Extra Control, and increasing the Weight Limit will work vice-versa.
Decreasing the Thickness will boost ADS Movement Speed but reduce Moving Stability, and increasing the Thickness will work vice-versa.
Calibrating Barrel In Delta Force
You can calibrate ‘Weight Limit‘ and ‘Length‘ of the barrel.
Increasing the Weight Limit will boost Firing Stability but reduce ADS Movement Speed, and decreasing the Weight Limit will work vice-versa.
Increasing the Length will boost your Muzzle Velocity and Firing Stability but reduce ADS Movement Speed and ADS Speed.
Effect: Range, Muzzle Velocity, and Control.
Calibrate Weapons Details In Delta Force
To view complete information about the weapon, select your weapon and click on details. Through this, you will be able to monitor and view your weapon’s performance and important stats like: Damage, Control, Handling, Stability, and Accuracy. Each stat will change after every modification and calibration.
When you modify and calibrate your weapon it will change your Trajectory, you can view this in the Trajectory Distribution Chart.
Pro Tip: We recommend you choose Control over Aiming Stability While Breathing because you can hold your breath and fire. Holding breath to fire is available on all rifles. After each modification and calibration, we suggest you try out the weapon in the firing range.
