How To Get The Genesis Bow In Remnant 2
To get the Genesis Bow inside the Dark Horizon DLC, you have to solve the Glyph Puzzle within Withered Necropolis and wait for a day.
Step 1: Locating the Glyph Puzzle
This puzzle is situated in the Withered Necropolis, a map that players naturally come across while progressing through The Dark Horizon.
Start at the Waylaid Conservatory checkpoint and move forward till you reach an NPC standing on the right. Ignore him for now and head toward the nearby Glider.
Glide across the gap and follow the path forward. After moving a little ahead, you’ll encounter a geyser.
Use the geyser’s updraft to turn back around Make a 180-degree pivot to face towards the cliff behind you. Land on the small glowing edge of the cliff.
Step 2: Solving the Glyph Puzzle
Once the glider has brought you down onto the cliff, enter the location. There will be a locked door in front of you. To unlock it and get the Genesis bow, solve the glyph puzzle in front of you.
As you interact with the Glyph Puzzle, you’ll notice two rows of five unknown symbols.

Step 3: Obtaining the Genesis Bow
Return to the door the next day and unlock it. You’d have to wait a full day in real-time to get the Genesis Bow.
Executing the Easy Way
There’s a clever workaround if you don’t feel like waiting. If you’re on PC, you can manipulate the in-game clock to speed things up. Here’s how you can do it:
- Open your start menu on your PC. You can do it either via the taskbar or by pressing the Windows key.
- Search for Time and click on Date and Time Settings.
- Turn off the Set Time Automatically option.
- Manually set your clock back one hour.
- Re-enter the game and return to the door.
The door will now open, and you’ll have access to the Genesis Bow.
Note: Don’t forget to set your clock back to the correct time after you’ve completed this step!
