Best Machinery To Get: Deciding How You Want To Start
Whether you want to grow crops, practice animal husbandry, forestry etc. Farming Simulator 25 gives you the freedom to start your farming world however you want. Most of the same machineries can be used in different sectors. We have broken down the best machinery to get in Farming Simulator 25 into two sets, basis the work that you will be utilizing the machinery for:

- Forestry as Set 2
Best Machinery To Get #1: Fieldwork, Animal husbandry & Greenhouses
‘Challenger MT600 Series‘ is a tractor recommended by us, as it can be comfortably be used in the sectors mentioned above. A small to medium tractor would be perfect for doing most of the essential fieldwork. Additionally, if you want to start with crop farming, you will need seeders, plows, fertilizers/manure spreaders, weeders, balers, sprayers and rollers. If you are solely starting with olives and grapes, then you will need the grape harvester (can attach the grape tools) and olive harvester with the olive trailer.
‘Salek ANS 1900‘ is what we recommend if you want to purchase a cheap trailer and transport majority of the crops (but very less carrying capacity).
‘Brantner Z18051/2 XXL Power Flex‘ is what we recommend if you need a trailer with a fairly large carrying capacity and not too expensive. You can attach these trailers to tractors as well, making them useful for multiple things.
‘Hauer XB150‘ can be used as a front loader for tractors with front loader attachment options. You can use a small tractor and attach a water container or a trailer to carry food and water to your animal barns, pens and coops. You can use forklifts for carrying haybales and small pallets.
‘Kingston Belvedere‘ is an animal trailer specifically for horses. If you are practicing animal husbandry and want to transport your animals, then this is a good one to have. You can attach these trailers to a truck.
If you have a small to medium greenhouse, use small tractors to move around pallets (unless the pallet load is more, in that case use a medium tractor). You will need a tractor with front loader attachment options. You will have to attach a pallet fork for pallets, and for moving around hay bales you will need a bale fork.

‘Pfanzelt PM Trac III 2385‘ is recommended to be used as a planter for tree pallets as it is budget friendly and gets the work done.
‘John Deere 843L-II’ should be used as a tree harvester and unloader. If you have started with a big budget then we recommend purchasing a harvester.
‘Riedler Fahrzeugbau FH16 RUL HKR’ and can be used as a semi with the attachment ‘Riedler Fahrzeugbau RUH327′ for carrying and transporting large tree logs which you can find under the forestry category. Chainsaws can be used for majority of the trees.
‘Heizomat HM 10-500 KF’ can be attached to a tractor and be used as a woodchipper. Starting small, and planting trees for either wood chips or selling them as logs can boost your starting funds. Sell wood chips for a small but faster income as compared to selling trees as logs.
